5. Why we keep some records

To enforce our Terms, we keep internal records of orders we refuse or cancel, and of messages that suggest a product may be used in a way our Terms don't allow. We may use these records to decline future orders.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, keep the site secure, and understand how it is used. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. As a guide:

  • Order and payment records: 7 years, for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes
  • Account information: until you ask us to delete your account, unless we must keep some of it
  • Support messages: 3 years
  • Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe
  • Records of refused or canceled orders: as long as needed to enforce our Terms

8. How we protect it
